Prepare accurate cost projections for each project monthly. Stay actively engaged with labor tracking and weekly look ahead schedules to mitigate any potential impacts to the project schedule or financial status. Oversee timely project requirements and documentation including but not limited to submittals, RFI’s, delay notices, potential claims, and extended overheads. Maximize cash flow by balancing project cost with timing of project income, facilitating buy outs according to the schedule and project plan with estimating and project teams, understanding labor and material trends, creating balanced and accurate budget and Schedule of Values, submitting billings, and negotiating change orders.
