The evaluation may initiate the need for reassessment and revisions to the problems, goals, plan of care, and interventions. This step provides for documentation of required actions. Based upon findings identified during assessment and reassessment: Patients have problems identified and prioritized relative to biophysical, psychological, environmental, self-care, educational, and social status. Goals are identified consistent with the problem to provide direction for patient care and health promotion. | Vice President, Business Development (Must Reside in California)- Salary plus commission Intercare Insurance Sacramento Vice President, Business Development (Must Reside in California)- Salary plus commission Job Details Job Type Full-time Northern and Southern California, CA Description This role reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and works collaboratively with the senior leaders of the organization and the various division heads with emphasis on developing a comprehensive pipeline with property and casualty brokers, cross-selling new products/services to existing clients, and generating ideas to respond to client needs and improving the new business ratio of private entity portfolio. Duties shall include developing production and sales goals in collaboration with the Chief Revenue Officer and consulting with organizational leaders and division heads. This position will also be instrumental in coordinating the company’s marketing and sales strategy within the broker & carrier marketplace, expanding market share, and implementing winning sales strategies that enable the organization to achieve its sales goals. Growth strategy can be new geographical area, product diversification or exploring change in client demographics by understanding and predicting customer purchasing trends. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop specific and measurable broker outreach strategies and activity plan Develop a comprehensive carrier development strategy with both existing and prospective carrier partners Identifying, evaluating, and conducting follow up on sales leads to close deals Implementing various marketing strategies like content marketing, cold calling, email campaign and other strategies to develop viable leads that can be converted to successful new clients Conduct capability presentations to brokers, carriers, and prospects to support growth and development of sales pipeline Assist with developing specific strategies to aid in the development of broker/carrier relationships Develop sustainable sales pipeline in conjunction with the company’s overall growth strategy Act as a company relationship manager with current and prospective broker and carrier partners as appropriate Coordinate sales channel and partner development as well as add new sales channels and third-party partners Analyzes sales statistics to assist brokers and carriers in promoting sales of Intercare’s services Represents company in various functions such as trade shows, conferences, industry association meetings to create awareness about the organization promote Intercare products and services and generate potential leads Developing and nurturing relationships with key and strategic buyers Implement the full sales cycle which include market research, market analysis or data analytics for the lead, pitching to decision makers at the prospect Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion Develop marketing strategies around industry conferences and events Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of marketplace competitors All other tasks as assigned Requirements Competency: To perform the job successfully, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following competencies: Business Acumen - Understands business implications of decisions; Displays orientation to profitability; Demonstrates knowledge of broker and carrier markets and competitive landscape; Aligns work with strategic goals. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally across all levels of the organization Qualification Requirements - Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and the preferred candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of work experience with the third-party administrator selection process, from either the TPA side or on behalf of a broker, carrier, or self-insured entity.
